East Coast Engineering Firm Turns to Insight for System Security Audit and Remote Problem Solving

Insight was approached by the local branch of an East Coast-based engineering firm to perform a system audit because of their frustration with ongoing, unresolved IT problems.  Insight’s analysis revealed that the firm had no Firewall, no Anti-virus system and a no Back-up system. Insight submitted its recommendations for upgrading system security and is waiting on the green light from the client to begin put the plan in place.

Subsequent to the audit, Insight was approached by the person in charge of  I.T. at the firm’s East Coast headquarters regarding problems with a small business server that had plagued the firm for two weeks. Accessing the system from the California branch office, the Insight technician was able to fix the on-going problem in 1 ? hours.
