Insight Computing’s Proprietary Maintenance Program

Insight has created a proprietary maintenance program for clients. This comprehensive approach to server maintenance is the key to ensuring that clients are protected from unplanned events and that they are getting the most productivity from their systems. A detailed look at recent and current performance of all aspects of the server environment is completed to ensure that the system is running at an optimum level and to identify potential problems early on so they can be addressed.

Insight’s technicians and clients work together to establish both the schedule for routine maintenance and how much, if any, responsibility the clients will take for system maintenance.

Some clients prefer to do their own updates on desktop devices and have Insight focus on overall system security and server maintenance.

Insight Technicians can work to train assigned client employees on updating desktop devices and handling minor problems. Beyond the training, Insight provides the client with maintenance documentation, logs for tracking the maintenance and conducts periodic audits to ensure that the work is being completed as scheduled.
