As part of an office relocation, Insight installed a VoIP (Voice over IP) which will reduce the firm’s monthly phone costs to a flat rate of $100 per month from an average of $400. It was important to the Managing Partner that the firm maintain its phone numbers even though the primary office was moving to a new city. He also need to have a system that allowed his home-office employees to be part of the company phone system and enjoy the same functionality, as if the were in the office. The VoIP system implemented by Insight Computing allowed the law firm to maintain its current phone numbers and operate with a virtual PBX, that allows conference calling; retrieval of voicemails through the phone, from other phones and online; and e-faxing capability from any extension. This is the same phone system that is in place at Insight Computing.
