Instrumental in a successful move of 20+  person accounting office into a larger facility in Sonoma County coordinating data, voice and electrical service at the new facility. Working with the Office Manager, drove the planning and implementation of voice and data needs, cable drops and wiring and layout of server room. Reviewed and advised client on estimates from other vendors. Coordinated scheduling and provisioning with Comcast, electricians, and cabling company to ensure that schedule was adhered to and deadlines met. New Comcast service resulted in 20X greater throughput. Insight techs moved the client from POP service provided by old ISP to a significantly more robust Exchange Hosting solution. A new Firewall was installed allowing the company to take full advantage of increased broadband speeds.  Designed and created a “wired” conference room which provides the accounting firm with its first video conferencing capabilities. The move was successfully completed as planned.
